Eyewear Territory Sales Representative

With the accelerated international growth of our core collections—Erkers1879, NW77th, Tocco, The Neighbors, Monoqool, and ba&sh Eyewear—we are seeking high-caliber outside sales executives who excel in consultative B2B territory development.

                              Top-Tier Commission Model: Our commission structure pays a dominant percentage of new door openings and continuous reorders directly to field representatives.             

                              Strict Independent Channel Protection: We never sell online directly to consumers or to mass big-box retailers. Your client accounts remain safeguarded.             

                              Active Territories: Key territories currently open across select domestic regions and overseas distribution corridors.             

Candidate Qualifications

Proven track record as a top 10% earner in optical or luxury outside sales.

Strong established relationships with independent eyecare practitioners (ECPs).

Proactive entrepreneurial mindset with a goal of exceeding regional revenue metrics.

Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned territory for clinics and trunk shows.
